Terry Hanson and his employees bring more than 90 years of automotive repair experience to the local business, which began in July 1993. Terry first opened shop on Highway 16, 1 1/2 blocks east of the Highway 169 and Seventh Street stop light. On Oct. 17, 2006, the owner moved his shop to the old Hi-Way Ford building on the corner of Highway 169 and Highway 16 and, in June, began selling used vehicles.
Hanson, who spent nine years gaining experience by working at Hi-Way Ford before becoming a business owner, is certified by ASE as a master technician. He is also certified in several automotive repair specialties, including automatic transmission, electronic engine control, suspension, anti-lock brakes, gasoline engine operation and electric systems.
Hanson Auto Repair, which employees seven mechanics, also recently added computer scanning tools for domestic cars equipped with OBDII.
We offer Minnesota and Federal D.O.T. Inspections and have a qualified set of technicians to service and repair all your Ag-related equipment. We are proud to offer ON SITE service to help get you back in the field or on the road again.
